With Season 13 officially in the books, Chicago P.D<\/a>. finds itself on hiatus \u2014 but the One Chicago stars are taking full advantage of the summer break before the new season premieres this fall<\/a> on NBC.<\/p>\n

Chihards wondering what the cast of Chicago P.D.<\/a> has been up to this summer got their wish granted in a June 26 Instagram post courtesy of Marina Squerciati<\/a>. The Chicago P.D. actress shared a stunning photo of herself and castmate Patrick John Flueger<\/a> taking in the sights and sounds of Paris, France.<\/p>\n

The stars, who portray newly-married on-screen couple Kim Burgess and Adam Ruzek<\/a>, respectively, looked thrilled to be spending time together in their smiling Parisian selfie.<\/p>\n

“Paris with friends; you barely notice the 170\u00b0 degree heat. \ud83e\udd70\ud83d\ude1c\ud83d\udd25 #paris #france,” Squerciati captioned the post, referencing the record-breaking heat that has scorched the city in recent days.<\/p>\n

While Chicago P.D.’s 13th season ended in suitably dramatic fashion<\/a>, it’s clear that Squerciati and Flueger made recharging their batteries overseas a priority during the show’s summer hiatus.<\/p>\n

But the stars behind the on-screen couple known affectionately as “Burzek” weren’t the only Chicago P.D. cast members to make the trip to Paris \u2014 and thankfully, Squerciati took it up on herself to document that, too.<\/p>\n

In a separate June 27 Instagram post, Squerciati revealed that her recent Paris trip was more than just a vacation with friends, it was a full-blown One Chicago<\/a> real-life crossover event!
