L\u2019Or\u00e9al has elevated Nandini Bhalla to head-HR for the L\u2019Or\u00e9al Dermatological Beauty division in India.<\/p>\n

Armed with a BE in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Nandini Bhalla interned with Wipro for a short while before joining ABB as management trainee in 2013. She played integration manager of a global product-development project catering to the needs of medium voltage segment for almost a year before switching to ICICI Bank.<\/p>\n

This alumna of the Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar), from where she completed an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services, served as a summer intern for three months before being absorbed by ICICI as HR manager, in May of 2016. For two years, she was responsible for identifying new channels of building a sustained talent pipeline of sales officers at ICICI Bank. She also developed and nurtured training partners for train and hire models and dealt with curriculum development, branding, sourcing, recruitment process design, coordination with partners and various internal teams including product & legal teams for programme roll-out.<\/p>\n

Mahindra Group roped her in for the role of HR manager-campus engagement and talent development for over a year and a half.<\/p>\n

Her association with L\u2019Or\u00e9al began in November of 2019, as lead-young talent for India. For almost two years, she focussed on establishing L\u2019Or\u00e9al India as a preferred employer of choice for candidates in B schools. She was elevated to lead-experience hiring for L\u2019Or\u00e8al India in October of 2021. In this role, for the next over\u00a0 a year and a half she partnered with business leaders and HRBP to identify talent gaps, attract, evaluate, onboard and integrate talent. From\u00a0June 2023 to January 2026 she served as global talent-acquisition manager working out of Paris, France. She led pipelining and executive recruitment for key global roles at the HQ, with multi-divisional<\/p>\n

responsibilities focused on growth, commercial and medical functions in addition to the global MBA strategy for senior hires.<\/p>\n

Then followed a three- month strategic mission where she successfully contributed to the launch of L\u2019Or\u00e9al\u2019s first Global Beauty Tech hub in Hyderabad.<\/p>\n

Now, in her elevated position as head-HR, she will be working out of India, \u201cbuilding the kind of environments where people can truly thrive and create meaningful impact\u201d.<\/p>\n
