Zendaya\u2019s \u201cThe Odyssey\u201d press tour looks<\/a> keep getting better and better.<\/p>\n

The actress had fans audibly gasping with her latest look at the photocall in Paris Tuesday \u2014 a white Givenchy by Alexander McQueen dress, which she paired with a show-stopping pointy gold headpiece that covered her face.<\/p>\n

The headpiece, designed by Philip Treacy, showed only her eyes and her lips, and she kept the drama going with dark burgundy lipstick.<\/p>\n

She accessorized with 18 carat yellow gold earrings with diamond pav\u00e9 and three Flex\u2019it mesh yellow gold rings with diamond pav\u00e9 by Fope. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Zendaya\u2019s latest choice \u2014 a knee-length archival dress, which features heavy, exaggerated sleeves and padded shoulders \u2014 has an interesting fashion history.<\/p>\n

Aside from being visually stunning, the Alexander McQueen 1997 couture look is perfectly on theme \u2014 it\u2019s part of the Spring\/Summer 1997 Haute Couture collection that was the late designer\u2019s debut for Givenchy, which was inspired by Greek mythology.<\/p>\n

The collection, which is made up entirely of white and gold looks, divided critics at the time, but has clearly become iconic. Kendall Jenner memorably wore an ethereal winged look<\/a> from the collection at a 2024 Met Gala after-party.<\/p>\n

In director Christopher Nolan\u2019s highly anticipated \u201cThe Odyssey,\u201d Zendaya plays Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom and warfare.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old star has been putting on a master class in couture dressing with her longtime stylist, Law Roach, as she promotes the film aside the star-studded cast, including her husband, Tom Holland.<\/p>\n

At the London premiere Monday, she stole the show in a straight-off-the-runway Schiaparelli gown<\/a>. She also turned heads for her radiant makeup look, using the Charlotte Tilbury Unreal Highlighter<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was such a pleasure and a gift to be able to share scenes with people you admire,\u201d she shared. \u201cPart of you has to compartmentalize to a degree. Lock in, we\u2019re working. But I was so moved and excited to be there and wanted to do my best work.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nolan was clearly impressed with Zendaya\u2019s performance, telling Elle<\/a>, \u201cI mean, she\u2019s literally playing a goddess; it\u2019s a tall order. She\u2019s a true movie star, but also an incredible actor.\u201d<\/p>\n
