Paris Jackson’s<\/a> legal battle over her late father Michael Jackson’s estate isn’t slowing down.<\/p>\n

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/a>, Paris, 28, has filed new legal papers demanding nearly $3 million be repaid to the estate, arguing that longtime executor John Branca improperly approved millions of dollars in unauthorized payments.<\/p>\n

The latest filing centers on two separate claims. Paris alleges Branca “over-litigated” a previous dispute between them, resulting in more than $1.1 million in legal fees that she believes should be reimbursed. She also claims roughly $2.85 million in estate funds were used for unauthorized gifts, money she argues should have remained with Michael’s beneficiaries instead.<\/p>\n

Michael died in June 2009 at age 50, leaving behind an estate that has since grown into one of the most valuable celebrity estates<\/a> in history. His three children\u2014Paris, Prince and Bigi “Blanket” Jackson<\/a>\u2014are among the primary beneficiaries, while attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain have overseen the estate for nearly two decades.<\/p>\n

The newest filing marks another chapter in Paris’ years-long dispute with the estate’s executors.<\/p>\n

In recent months, she has repeatedly questioned the handling of legal fees and other financial decisions, alleging there were “irregular payments” and insufficient transparency surrounding certain expenditures. The executors have denied any wrongdoing and previously argued they acted appropriately while growing the estate’s value from significant debt into a multibillion-dollar business.<\/p>\n

The ongoing dispute has played out in court through multiple filings, with both sides claiming they are acting in the best interests of Michael’s legacy and the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

Neither Paris<\/a> nor representatives for Michael Jackson’s estate have publicly commented on the latest filing.<\/p>\n
