Trees have been removed, and theming is being installed around the future Up attraction in Disney Adventure World at Disneyland Paris.<\/p>\n

DLP Works<\/a> shared new photos this week of construction progress on the ride, dubbed Wilderness Explorers Sky Swings. Most trees were cleared from a flowerbed adjacent to the construction site to prepare for installation of a Russell statue.<\/p>\n

Themed architectural elements are being added to the building for the ride\u2019s technical facilities. There are now columns, archways, and overhangs. Wooden frames act as molds while concrete hardens.<\/p>\n

The large dome on top of the building is covered by a protective tarp. See the dome without tarps in a previous construction update<\/a>. Crew members were working at the edge of the roof when DLP Works took their photos.<\/p>\n

Wilderness Explorers Sky Swings is scheduled to open in 2027. The first-ever\u00a0Up\u00a0attraction is a \u201cflying chair carousel\u201d consisting of 48 chairs that hold 64 guests<\/a>. Read more details about Wilderness Explorers Sky Swings<\/a>.<\/p>\n
