\n\tDior<\/a> has just opened a spa<\/a> at Hotel Cipriani, based in Venice, as part of its ongoing collaboration with Belmond. This comes after a multiphase renovation of the hotel by Peter Marino Architect.<\/p>\n

\n\tVenice was always close to the heart of the designer Christian Dior<\/a>, who in 1951 attended the \u201cBall of the Century\u201d there hosted by Charles de Beistegui. Of that costume ball, Dior said: \u201cIt was the most beautiful evening of my life, and one that I will never experience again. The deep Italian night made this nocturnal display eternal.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Dior brand continues to be closely linked<\/a> with the Italian city. It financed the Porta Magna<\/a>\u2019s restoration and participates regularly in the Art Biennale, for instance.<\/p>\n

\n\tMarino designed this first Dior spa, focused on well-being, in Venice.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe two-story location hosts five treatment rooms, including one double; a relaxation lounge, and boutique carrying Dior perfumes, skin care and makeup. Also available there is the new Dior Haute Wellness<\/a> collection.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cInviting guests to continue the wellness<\/a> routines at home in a holistic and integrative way, it focuses on three universes: slow movement, with accessories for practicing yoga and Pilates; mindfulness, with objects dedicated to journaling, meditation or breathwork, and finally sleep, with weighted blankets, sleep masks and pillowcases,\u201d Dior said in a statement.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe spa\u2019s menu includes three exclusive signature treatments. There is the Mascarade face protocol; the Grand Bal protocol for hair, face, makeup and nails, and the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Corporel, a four-handed body treatment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tTwo holistic experiences, created with international wellness experts, are on offer, too. The Self Alignment Cruise was created with Rose Ferguson, a nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner.
