\nDi Si Takes On Performance Role<\/p>\n
Di Si will also begin his new position on August 3. As Chief Performance Officer, he will report directly to Filosa and oversee the execution of Stellantis\u2019 Value Creation Program.<\/p>\n
In simple terms, Di Si will be responsible for helping turn the company\u2019s plans into measurable business results. His work will focus on operating discipline, commercial performance, accountability, and keeping Stellantis on track to meet its stated targets.<\/p>\n
Di Si most recently served as President and CEO of Volkswagen Group North America. His background includes managing international automotive operations, leading corporate turnarounds, improving commercial results, and overseeing major organizational changes.<\/p>\n
