\n\tThe French luxury house has signed a lease to open an 8,030-square-foot boutique at Hyde Park Village in Tampa, Fla. The store<\/a>, which will be two stories and will be located in the city\u2019s historic neighborhood, is expected to open some time in 2027.<\/p>\n

Herm\u00e8s\u2019 opening is the ultimate testament to what the Village has become, and we could not be happier or prouder to welcome them to our very special corner of the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHyde Park Village is an open-air development offering street retail, dining and hospitality across six city blocks. It is home to local and national retailers including Alice + Olivia, Zimmermann, Peter Millar,<\/a> LoveShackFancy, Veronica Beard and others. Ralph Lauren and Frame are among the brands that will be joining the center, which also offers the Michelin-rated On Swann and Ro sushi restaurants, as well as a social lounge, gallery space and boutique hotel.<\/p>\n
