They found and seized approximately 20 grams of suspected methamphetamine, suspected cocaine, equipment and documents related to the use \/ trafficking of narcotics at the residence.<\/p>\n<p>\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wdtn.com\/news\/suspect-in-homicide-case-arrested-high-speed-chase\/?ipid=promo-link-block1\" class=\"promo-link__link\" target=\"&quot;_blank&quot;\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><br \/>\n\t\tSuspect in homicide case arrested after high-speed chase\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The two people, 47-year-old Matthew J. Jennings and 54-year-old Tonya Jo Barth, have allegedly sold methamphetamine and cocaine, per officials.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They are in the Preble County Jail and facing the following charges for their alleged actions:<\/p>\n<p>Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (Second-degree felony)<\/p>\n<p>Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Second-degree felony)<\/p>\n<p>Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (Third-degree felony)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Trafficking in Cocaine (Fifth-degree felony)<\/p>\n<p>Possession of Cocaine (Fifth-degree felony)<\/p>\n<p>Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Fourth-degree misdemeanor)\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2 NEWS is working to learn more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Previous drug coverage above.
