Which are the cheapest streets in south-east London, and where are homes selling for less than £100,000?
New figures have revealed the streets where buyers have found the lowest property prices across Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, and Lewisham.
The rankings are based on completed residential property transactions recorded by HM Land Registry and analysed by Property Solvers, showing the average sale price achieved on each street alongside the number of sales recorded.
While some streets have only seen a small number of transactions, the data provides a snapshot of where property prices remain comparatively lower across south-east London.

From Bromley streets where average prices dipped below £100,000 to Bexley addresses where homes sold for around £140,000, these locations represent some of the area’s most affordable pockets.
Bexley’s cheapest street was Mayplace Road East in Bexleyheath, where homes sold for an average of £140,944 based on 18 transactions.
The road recorded the lowest average property prices in the borough, with two other Bexleyheath streets also appearing among the borough’s cheapest addresses.
Bexley’s top three cheapest streets:
Mayplace Road East (DA7 6DJ) – Average property price: £140,944.
Clock Tower Court, Royal Oak Road (DA6 7AS) – Average property price: £180,400.
East Street (DA7 4HJ) – Average property price: £204,382.
The cheapest street in Bromley was Homesdale Road, where properties sold for an average of just £88,333 based on three sales.
It was the only street featured across the four boroughs where the average sale price fell below £90,000.
Bromley’s cheapest streets were all located around Bromley town, with Widmore Road and Palace Grove also recording average prices below £100,000.

Homesdale Road (BR2 9SU) – Average property price: £88,333.
Widmore Road (BR1 3AE) – Average property price: £96,916.
Palace Grove (BR1 3HG) – Average property price: £97,566.
Greenwich’s cheapest street was Blackheath Road, where homes sold for an average of £139,875 across four sales.
The road, which connects Greenwich and Deptford, recorded the lowest average prices in the borough, followed by Gladstone House in Dowells Street.

Blackheath Road (SE10 8ED) – Average property price: £139,875.
Gladstone House, Dowells Street (SE10 9FF) – Average property price: £149,821.
Chandlers Avenue (SE10 0SN) – Average property price: £227,687.
Lewisham’s cheapest street was Bentley Court on Whitburn Road, where properties sold for an average of £165,500 across seven sales.
The borough’s lowest-priced addresses were spread between Lewisham, Eltham, and Deptford, with Diadem House on Francis Harvey Way also featuring.

Leybridge Court, Eltham Road (SE12 8TJ) – Average property price: £166,000.
