UK: Operator Nestor has expanded its portfolio with the launch of two properties in Belgravia and Kensington, London.
The two launches add 17 apartments to Nestor’s portfolio for both short and long stays, bringing its total to 240 apartments across 17 buildings in the capital.
The Bourne, located on Pimlico Road within the Grosvenor Estate, overlooks Belgravia’s Orange Square. It comprises a collection of six one, two, and three-bedroom serviced apartments, some with private roof terraces.
The Cheniston, on Cheniston Gardens in Kensington, is located close to High Street Kensington Underground station. The property offers 11 apartments comprising studios, deluxe studios, and one-bedroom apartments.
Both properties feature fully equipped kitchens, in-apartment laundry facilities, smart TVs, smart-locks, and self-check-in technology. Guests will have 24/7 support from a local Nestor team.
Both buildings were also designed by Nestor’s new in-house design arm, SPACES by Nestor, with design and procurement led by head of property Emilian Bej.
