With a new state-of-the-art establishment in Singapore, Tricentis is looking forward to supporting customers in the region as it APAC achieved a three-year CAGR of 28%, contributing significantly to the company’s annual revenue which was announced earlier in May.

Tricentis recorded an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of approximately US$500 million, fueled by the surging demand for AI-driven enterprise testing solutions as organizations face increasing pressure to execute business transformation projects and deliver software innovation at unprecedented rates of speed and quality. The company also added 650+ new customers, including 80 Global 2000 companies to its list of 3,000+ customers.

For Kevin Thompson, Chief Executive Officer, Tricentis, 2025 was a standout year for Tricentis in reinforcing enterprise quality engineering leadership position.

“We led the industry by delivering two enterprise-grade firsts for autonomous testing, were recognized as a Leader by top analyst firms and achieved strong business growth. This year, we have set the bar even higher as we continue to drive the future of agentic quality engineering forward in the age of AI,” he said.

Tricentis’ continued focus on empowering its network of global GSI and SI partners resulted in another strong year of growth within the Tricentis partner business as well.

Tricentis in APAC

In Asia Pacific, Singapore not only remains a critical market for Tricentis but also serves as the regional APAC hub. Damien Wong, Senior Vice President, APAC (Asia-Pacific & Japan) at Tricentis pointed out that Singapore’s employee headcount has grown by more than 50% over the past three years

“As demand for our solutions continues to grow, this investment further strengthens our ability to scale our operations, support regional teams, and deepen collaboration with customers and partners across APAC,” Wong said in comments to CRN Asia on the new regional office opening.

Wong also highlighted that Tricentis continued its rapid growth across Asia in FY25, adding 133 new customers.

“We expect continued growth across Asia, particularly in Southeast Asia with Singapore as our hub, as well as Japan, Australia, New Zealand, India, and South Korea,” he added.

Key to Tricentis’ growth strategy in APAC is its partner ecosystem. The software vendor continues to work with its partners to ensure they are able to provide the best outcomes for customers in the region.

“As organizations accelerate AI adoption and enterprise modernisation initiatives, we work closely with partners across the region to help customers scale quality engineering capabilities and drive successful transformation outcomes,” he said.

Partnership with SAP

With more organizations now using AI to develop code, Tricentis has partnered with SAP and launched the SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis. The AI-assisted automated test case generation is purpose-built for SAP environments and uniquely capable of generating automated test cases that are compatible with SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing (ECT) by Tricentis, part of SAP’s Agent-led toolchain.

Specifically, the new AI-powered functionality allows SAP ECT customers to use SAP AI Units to generate automated test cases directly within SAP ECT. This enables organizations to incorporate AI-driven testing directly into their SAP workflows without requiring additional tooling or complex integrations, helping to lower barriers to adoption and accelerate time to value. What previously required extensive human effort and cost, can now be accomplished by leveraging the power of AI, enabling reduced timelines and costs.

“With over 20 years of leadership in advancing automation and AI, Tricentis is uniquely positioned to help customers thrive in this new wave of technological innovation, and our agentic quality engineering platform helps enterprises to do it all: move faster, manage risk, and reduce costs,” Thompson said.

Meanwhile, Karl Fahrbach, Chief Partner Officer at SAP believes this innovation helps SAP customers reduce manual effort, accelerate testing cycles, and maintain stability while navigating transformation.

“As a result, customers can benefit from AI-driven innovation that is aligned with their SAP applications and business initiatives,” he said.
