Conceptual artist Phillip Toledano sits down with SLEEK Magazine editor Nisha Merit to unpack the role of AI in contemporary creative practice. Alongside new works from Toledano’s Historical Surrealism exhibition, the conversation explores how AI is reshaping photography, perception and ideas of authorship, asking whether it’s a tool, a collaborator or something else entirely.

Ruth Waltz

Created in 1996, this mini festival celebrates the Easter season by providing a wide and extensive programme of operatic gems. If this is your jam, there’s plenty to see. Highlights include Richard Strauss’ The Rose Cavalier, directed by André Heller, which will be put on three times. Plus Nikola Hillebrand and Samuel Hasselhorn will perform in the Festtage concert with the Staatskapelle Berlin under the musical direction of Christian Thielemann.
