This isn’t the first time that “the three stripe brand” has made a capsule for Toy Story. In honor of the original movie’s 25th anniversary, the two collaborated on a special drop back in 2020. And now, six years later, they’re together again to release a new collection that honors our favorite characters of the movie. Below, find out everything you need to know about the new shoes and how you can get your hands on them.
Which Toy Story 5 Characters Inspired This New Adidas Collection?
While we have been introduced to plenty of new characters over the years since the first movie, it’s the OG’s from Toy Story and Toy Story 2 that’ll be honored for this collab. In it, you’ll find nods to our favorite space ranger, Buzz Lightyear, and the coolest western duo, Woody and Jessie.
For Buzz, we’re getting a pair of Adistar Control 5s that look like the coolest, comfiest shoes to wear in space. Woody will be represented in a pair of classic Samba’s. And for Jessie, well… her pair is without a doubt the coolest of them all. Her classic red, denim, and cow print is featured on the most adorable pair of Samba Jane shoes, already getting people excited before the launch.
Is the New Adidas x Toy Story 5 Collab Just for Kids?
Nope! Just like the last collection, this one will also feature adult sizes. Actually, there are sizes for the entire family, from toddlers and preschoolers to big kids and adults.
When Does the New Adidas x Toy Story 5 Collab Come Out?
It officially launches tomorrow! All sizes will be available tomorrow at 10 am EST/ 7 am PST on Footlocker.com and select locations.
