Shoppers are being urged to check their refrigerators after a popular macaroni and cheese product sold nationwide was recalled over an undeclared allergen.
The recall was initiated March 23 and was classified as a Class II recall by the FDA on June 10.
According to the FDA, the product contains undeclared soy lecithin.
The FDA classified the recall as Class II, meaning use of or exposure to the product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences.
The recall involves Park Street Deli Macaroni & Cheese, 20 ounces, packaged in a plastic tub inside a paperboard sleeve.
The affected products carry the following lot codes:

The FDA said about 58,405 cases of the product are included in the recall.
The recalled product was distributed nationwide and sold at Aldi stores.
Consumers who purchased the affected product should not consume it and should return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
According to the FDA, the recall is identified as recall number H-0940-2026 and Event ID 98714.
