The University of Tennessee and Adidas began a 10-year partnership on Wednesday. Adidas is the official footwear, uniform, apparel and sideline partner of Tennessee athletics.

Adidas also served as Tennessee’s partner from 1995 through June 30, 2015. The athletic department was partnered with Nike from July 1, 2015 through Tuesday.

Tennessee football head coach Josh Heupel discussed the Vols partnering with Adidas.

“We appreciate Adidas recognizing the power of the Tennessee brand and we are excited about the future of this transformative partnership,” Heupel said. “Both current and future Vols will benefit from this historic deal. Adidas is providing us with world-class resources and apparel that will continue to push our brand to the forefront of college football for years to come. We can’t wait to showcase our Adidas uniforms this fall.”

Tennessee will kick off its 2026 football season on Sept. 5 versus Furman at Neyland Stadium. The season opener is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. EDT (SEC Network+).
