KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Tennessee athletics continued its rollout of adidas uniforms on Wednesday, revealing Summitt Blue uniforms for its volleyball, soccer, women’s basketball and softball programs.
VOLLEYBALL
Tennessee’s volleyball uniforms remain largely unchanged from its Nike Summitt Blue jerseys. An orange collar is the main addition.
SOCCER
Tennessee Soccer received major changes to its Summitt Blue kits.
The Lady Vols previously only had a logo on their Summitt Blue jerseys and wore either orange or white shorts with the uniforms.
The jersey also features a faded checkerboard background.
WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
Lady Vol basketball saw minimal changes to its Summitt Blue uniforms after a revamped look for its orange and white uniforms.
A Lady Vol logo now appears on the right leg of the shorts. The stripe pattern down the side of the uniform has also been tweaked to include Summitt Blue.
SOFTBALL
Softball’s Summitt Blue uniforms received arguably the least amount of changes. The most visible comes in a belt change from white to orange.
A Summitt Legacy patch remains on the left sleeve of the uniforms.
Tennessee will close out its week of adidas uniform reveals on Thursday with the introduction of “Dark Mode” uniforms.
