Having moved from communications director to deputy team principal at the start of the season, the former Renault executive reflects on a successful first half of the season for the Mercedes-Benz brand, where a new internal battle for the title is shaping up. That is, provided they can resolve the remaining reliability issues. 
Bradley, just a few months ago you were the one organizing the interviews, now you’re answering the questions! How are these first few months going in this new role?
It’s new, quite different actually. (Smile) It gives me respect for what the drivers do during interviews, especially in avoiding pitfalls or presenting things effectively when emotions are running high. It’s not always easy!
