” gamescom,” one of the world’s largest video game trade shows, is held annually at Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany.
This year’s event will take place over five days, from Wednesday, August 26, to Sunday, August 30, 2026.

It was announced that the vast exhibition space— with a total area of 233,000 square meters —has been fully booked for the first time.
There will be over 1,600 exhibitors from 67countries, with non-German companies accounting for 70% of the total.
Forty-seven national pavilions will also be set up, underscoring the event’s international presence.

Furthermore, wildcard tickets for the Media Day open to the general public and tickets for Saturday, August 29, 2026, have already sold out, reflecting the high level of enthusiasm among visitors.
