Electra’s getaway comes months after she returned to the Scary Movie franchise in its latest sequel-reboot

Carmen Electra is putting a playful spin on the most important meal of the day.

The actress, 54, shared a series of photos from Berlin on Aug. 28, giving fans a glimpse at a fruit-filled breakfast and a cheeky photo shoot on a balcony.

Electra opened the Instagram carousel with a topless shot in which she used two round pineapple slices to cover her chest. She paired the look with blue-and-yellow lingerie bottoms as she posed beside a small outdoor breakfast table filled with fruit.

She then slipped into the coordinating lingerie top for another photo, where she sat at the table and held a strawberry. A video in the carousel captured Electra taking a bite of a banana while seated at the table.

The actress continued the playful theme in the remaining images, posing on a chair before enjoying another strawberry.

The Berlin photos arrive just months after Electra made a return to the Scary Movie franchise.

In the latest sequel-reboot, Electra appears in the opening sequence as a bartender, revisiting the franchise 25 years after her appearance in the original 2000 film. She also previously appeared in Scary Movie 4 in 2006, portraying a different character.

Electra previously told PEOPLE that she was thrilled to reunite with the Wayans family for the latest installment.

“I was just over the moon to get that call to be in this one again,” she said in June. “I love working with the Wayans and to get the chance to work with them again has been such an honor and so much fun.”

For Electra, returning to the comedy franchise also made sense given her willingness to laugh at herself.

“It makes sense that I’d be in these movies, right?” she said, explaining that she is “so down to make fun” of herself.

Her return also gave Electra the opportunity to reunite with original franchise stars.

“I just think it’s really cool that I was brought back again with the original cast Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Marlon and Shawn Wayans,” she said. “I mean, it gets no better than that.”

At the time of her Scary Movie return, Electra also reflected on the ups and downs she had experienced throughout her life and said she was in a happier chapter.
