{"id":18593,"date":"2026-05-21T12:13:20","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T12:13:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/germany\/18593\/"},"modified":"2026-05-21T12:13:20","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T12:13:20","slug":"siemens-partner-with-xometry-to-embed-ai-supply-chain-intelligence-into-xcelerator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/germany\/18593\/","title":{"rendered":"Siemens partner with Xometry to embed AI supply chain intelligence into Xcelerator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Siemens announce partnership with Xometry to embed AI-native supply chain intelligence into Siemens Xcelerator<\/p>\n<p>Siemens has partnered with Xometry to embed\u00a0proprietary manufacturability, pricing, sourcing and lifecycle intelligence directly into the design digital thread, within Siemens Xcelerator.<\/p>\n<p>The price-aware, natively integrated solution with system-owned capabilities aims to create a \u2018design-to-source digital thread\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/develop3d.com\/tag\/xometry\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Xometry<\/a> will extend what <a href=\"https:\/\/develop3d.com\/?s=siemens\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Siemens<\/a> calls Xcelerator\u2019s design-to-source intelligence capabilities beyond electronics to standard and custom mechanical parts.<\/p>\n<p>US-based Xometry offers a digital marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers of custom manufacturing and a industrial sourcing network of some 500,000 vetted North American suppliers, Thomas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cXometry and Siemens share a common opportunity: embed AI directly into the design digital thread, putting manufacturability, pricing, sourcing and execution intelligence in front of engineers at the instant design decisions are made,\u201d said Xometry co-founder and CEO Randy Altschuler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis partnership enables us to deliver intelligence to engineers inside the design systems and workflows where manufacturing decisions are made.
