This three-storey concrete house in the Bajo Belgrano neighbourhood of Buenos Aires<\/a> centres on a sculptural helical staircase rising beneath a circular skylight. Completed in 2017, the four-bedroom residence is built almost entirely from exposed concrete, with large sliding-glass panels, travertine floors and ebony-toned timber linings offsetting the structure\u2019s harder surfaces. <\/p>\n

Each bedroom has access to its own terrace.<\/p>\n
