Similarly, Jefferies analyst Blayne Curtis raised the firm\u2019s price target on Marvell to $235 from $149 and maintained a Buy rating after a \u201cmodest\u201d beat and raise, with optical demand driving near-term upside. Curtis added that the \u201clarger upside\u201d was increased confidence in FY28, supported by near-term optical tailwinds and growing XPU attach.<\/p>\n

Chairman and CEO Matt Murphy said Marvell delivered record first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue, up 28% year-over-year, and guided second-quarter revenue to $2.7 billion at the midpoint.
