Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>London, the eighth overall pick in the 2021 draft, has been a consistent force for the Falcons offense. Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>At the very least, keeping London for the long term gives the Falcons some needed consistency at a time when there are a few changes on the way. <\/p>\n<p>The team fired head coach Raheem Morris and <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/05\/27\/sports\/kevin-stefanski-tua-tagovailoa-has-key-god-given-ability\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">brought in former Browns coach Kevin Stefanski<\/a> to take the role. Atlanta also brought in quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who was cut by the Dolphins with an <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/03\/09\/sports\/dolphins-cut-tua-tagovailoa-for-record-99-million-cap-hit-after-brutal-season\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NFL record $99 million dead cap hit<\/a>, to compete with Michael Penix Jr. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Falcons are keeping one of their star playmakers in the fold for a while.
