Juniper has focused on delivering evidence-based weight management programs that combine personalized treatment plans with ongoing clinical support, particularly for women seeking access to obesity care.

The transaction comes as Germany continues to address obesity as a chronic disease. According to the company, nearly one in five adults in the country lives with obesity, creating significant demand for accessible and effective weight management solutions.

Hims & Hers said it plans to continue investing in a localized clinical model in Germany. Patients will remain connected with healthcare providers licensed in their region who understand the local healthcare system and can deliver the level of clinical oversight required for obesity treatment. The company also indicated it may introduce additional healthcare categories to the German market in the future.

For existing Juniper patients, the company emphasized that care will continue without interruption. Hims & Hers said the acquisition provides Juniper’s German operations with additional resources, operational support, and scale while maintaining the patient-centered approach that has helped establish trust among customers.

The acquisition follows Hims & Hers’ broader international expansion strategy and is intended to strengthen its ability to provide personalized healthcare services across multiple markets.

KEY QUOTES:

“Germany has taken meaningful steps to recognize obesity as a chronic disease, but access to effective, personalised care still lags far behind the need. With this acquisition we can help close that gap at scale, bringing world-class technology and clinical infrastructure to a team that has already earned the trust of people across Germany.”

Andrew Dudum, Co-Founder And CEO, Hims & Hers

“Germany has one of the most discerning health consumers in the world, and German patients hold their care to an exceptionally high standard, as they should. Hims & Hers brings the ability to meet that standard at scale. Their technology, clinical infrastructure and condition ecosystem means we can deliver a better quality experience to more customers than ever before. We’re excited to continue developing the German telehealth ecosystem into the high touch, compliant clinical care its patients deserve.”

Ryan Nolan, Vice President Of International, Juniper

Hims & Hers Health has completed its acquisition of Eucalyptus, the parent company of Juniper, strengthening its position…

[2
5,30334
post-31681","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-germany","tag-germany","tag-hims-hers-health
["GET
