Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin<br \/>\nshortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain<br \/>\nhave fallen.<br \/>\n&#8211; Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over<br \/>\nthe area. Most flood<br \/>\ndeaths occur in vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>&amp;&amp;<\/p>\n<p>                            The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a<\/p>\n<p>* Flash Flood Warning for&#8230;<br \/>\nCentral Creek County in northeastern Oklahoma&#8230;<br \/>\nWest Central Tulsa County in northeastern Oklahoma&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>* Until 215 PM CDT.<\/p>\n<p>* At 1106 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing<br \/>\nheavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain<br \/>\nhave fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are<br \/>\npossible in the warned area. In<br \/>\nnortheast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Northeast<br \/>\nOsage, Nowata, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Southeast Osage,<br \/>\nTulsa, Wagoner, Washington and Western Osage.<\/p>\n<p>* WHEN&#8230;From Sunday morning through Sunday evening.<\/p>\n<p>* IMPACTS&#8230;Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,<br \/>\ncreeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.<\/p>\n<p>* ADDITIONAL DETAILS&#8230;<br \/>\n&#8211; Widespread showers with embedded thunderstorms are expected<br \/>\nSunday, with areas of heavy rainfall likely.
