BOGOT\u00c1, Colombia, June 10, 2026 \u2014 Kyndryl<\/a> (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services,\u202ftoday announced the signing of a new agreement with\u202fAlpina Colombia<\/a>, a company of the Grupo Alpina, to modernize its core IT infrastructure as part of its digital transformation strategy.<\/p>\n

Building on a long-standing relationship and leveraging Kyndryl\u2019s designation as a RISE with SAP<\/a> implementation partner, the company will help Alpina with its SAP migration to SAP Cloud ERP Private on Amazon Web Services (AWS)<\/a> Cloud. Kyndryl will also support the enablement of a data factory and the implementation of Kyndryl Bridge<\/a>, the company\u2019s AI-powered, open integration platform, with multi-disciplined guidance from Kyndryl Consult<\/a>.<\/p>\n
