The total offer size includes a green shoe option of 0.75%. The OFS floor price has been set at \u20b91,150 per share, representing a 10% discount to the current market price (CMP).<\/p>\n<p>\nBack in March, Bosch Home Comfort India had informed stock exchanges of a force majeure situation, citing disruptions in gas supply caused by the ongoing war in the Middle East.
