The plan currently allows for 200,000 square feet of office space within a three-story building.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at City Hall, 2 Park Plaza. To watch a video of the meeting, visit the city\u2019s YouTube page.<\/p>\n<p>The homes, which would be for sale, are proposed because of changing market conditions that have resulted in limited demand for new offices throughout Alpharetta, developer Traton said.<\/p>\n<p>About 25 percent of offices in the city are currently vacant.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMeanwhile, demand for residential products \u2014 particularly \u2018lock and go\u2019 detached and attached housing \u2014 has risen sharply,\u201d Traton said in its application. \u201cThe proposed program responds directly to these changed conditions and activates a site that has remained undeveloped.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Located about 1,500 feet from Ga. 400 at Haynes Bridge Road, the site is near the 360 Tech Village area and the proposed Northwinds Summit mixed-use center.<\/p>\n<p>        Appreciate the work?<\/p>\n<p>Help us keep this reporting available to all by joining the Appen Press Club.
