The program opens access to investor groups in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Traton said this helps expand its capital market strategy and marks a step beyond the company\u2019s established European financing base.<\/p>\n<p>This complements Traton\u2019s existing EUR 18.0 billion European Medium Term Note (EMTN) program, which has been the group\u2019s primary financing platform since 2021. By entering the Australian market, Traton said it is seeking currency diversification and a broader regional investor base to support growing financing needs.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding Financing Opportunities<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fleetequipmentmag.com\/traton-hr-leadership-kai-feuerherdt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Traton<\/a> said the Australian bond market offers global issuers diversification benefits. Additionally it enables fund managers to invest directly in Australian dollars (AUD) alongside euro-based investments. Asian investors also actively participate in the AUD primary bond market, making it an important platform for regional capital flow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the new AMTN program, we are laying the foundation for further sustainable and flexible financing of our international growth strategy\u2014especially in the area of financial services,\u201d said Dr. Michael Jackstein, CFO and CHRO of the Traton Group.<\/p>\n<p>Structure of the AMTN Program<\/p>\n<p>Traton Finance Luxembourg S.A., an indirect subsidiary of Traton SE, is authorized to issue bonds under the AMTN program. Traton SE will act as guarantor for these bonds.
