Nord Holding and the founders, Steffen Konrad and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jens-schlerf-570a8b321\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jens Schlerf<\/a>, want to develop the VisionmaxX Group into the central digital IT infrastructure platform for outpatient healthcare in the DACH region with Nord Holding.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVisionmaxX is exactly the kind of company in which Nord Holding invests: a truly innovative quality company with clear market leadership, a well-rehearsed, visionary founding team and a market that is structurally growing,\u201d\u00a0said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mario-sabljo-65456743\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mario Sabljo<\/a>, partner at Nord Holding.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2004, VisionmaxX offers a comprehensive portfolio of IT infrastructure, telematics, IT security and digital practical solutions. With its sister company VisionCare, the group is also active in the care sector. VisionmaxX employs about 150 people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe built VisionmaxX because we are convinced that doctors need a partner to whom they can fully entrust their IT \u2013 so that they can focus on their patients,\u201d said Schlerf. \u201cWith Nord Holding, we now have the support to carry this vision to the entire outpatient healthcare system.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On behalf of Nord Holding, the transaction was supported by Sabljo, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/dominik-bronstering\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dominik Bronstering<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kim-martin-steinbart\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kim Martin Steinbart<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/moritz-hagenmeyer-21850524a\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Moritz Hagenmeyer<\/a>.
