Some high-end hotel-branded units start at $4 million to $5 million, although options like the pied-\u00e0-terre-focused Elle Residences in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood start comparatively low, at around $600,000.\u00a0 <\/p>\n In New York, listings at the Four Seasons Residences in the Tribeca neighborhood start at $2.4 million for a one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit. The building wasn’t an immediate success when it opened in 2016, said Wei Min Tan, a real estate broker who specializes in helping international buyers purchase condos in Manhattan, and some early buyers took losses when they sold. But demand has since firmed up.\u00a0 <\/p>\n “Right now, they are transacting well,” Tan said. “I’m always on the lookout for the next good deal at the Four Seasons.”\u00a0 <\/p>\n The ultraexclusive Giorgio Armani Residences on the Upper East Side, meanwhile, was a more immediate success. All 10 units sold out before the building was completed, grossing nearly $170 million.
