Officers later learned that two people had been shot at with a BB or pellet gun while walking into the entrance of the building. One of those people was struck by a pellet.Police later spoke with an 18-year-old who lives at the Fox Run Apartments and found BB pellets inside the home. Officers also said the home faced Chestnut Place’s front parking lot and main entrance where the shootings had taken place.The following day, police returned to arrest the teen on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and unlawful mischief.The suspect, who was not named, was ordered held on $1,500 bail at Northwest Correctional Complex. They are due in criminal court on Thursday to answer two charges and are due in family court in July to answer to a third charge.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
