Surveillance video captured a car barreling into the front of a Brooklyn deli Sunday, after a car crash involving an alleged wrong-way driver. Police said late Sunday that the driver who caused the crash is under arrest on several charges.<\/p>\n

Video obtained by NBC New York shows the moment an Audi slammed into the Garden Gourmet Deli & Grill on Henry St. near Union St. in Carroll Gardens. Police say the Audi had just been hit by the driver of a Mercedes-Benz who was going northbound instead of southbound on Henry. Video showed the deli’s window shattering upon impact.<\/p>\n

A 22-year-old woman inside the Mercedes was hurt, but is recovering.<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old driver of the Mercedes was placed into custody Sunday. Juan Tenorio Ramos is accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, reckless endagerment, reckles driving, driving in the wrong direction and failing to yield to a pedestrian.<\/p>\n

The surveillance video shows the 37-year-old Audi driver leaving their car on their own after the crash, cradling what appeared to be a small dog.<\/p>\n

All three people involved in the crash were taken to NewYork-Presbyterian\u00a0Brooklyn\u00a0Methodist Hospital for treatment.
