According to police, a woman said the man approached her from behind while she was shopping in the store on Fellsway in Medford on July 15, and took a photo under her skirt.Police said that store surveillance footage shows the man doing the same thing to a second woman. Ogechi Asia, 33, of Westborough, was arrested Tuesday in the Fells Plaza parking lot, the Medford Police Department announced. They credited &#8220;assistance from members of the public.&#8221;&#8221;We would like to thank everyone who shared our identification request and provided information that assisted investigators,&#8221; police wrote on social media.Asia was charged with photographing, videotaping or electronically surveilling a person.
