AtkinsR\u00e9alis said<\/a>\u2060 the progressive design-build phase will refine the technical solution, schedule, final pricing, performance requirements and delivery parameters before full execution.<\/p>\n CDPQ Infra selected Qu\u00e9bec Connexion Capitale<\/a>\u2060 as the preferred systems consortium in March 2026. The co-development and detailed-design period will run for 14 months, after which a complete proposal is due to the Qu\u00e9bec government in 2027 with a target price and timetable.<\/p>\n What the TramCit\u00e9 systems package covers?<\/p>\n The technical scope includes track installation, signalling, cybersecurity, traction power substations, overhead catenary equipment, communications, passenger information systems, supervisory control and data acquisition, and road traffic management systems.<\/p>\n Connexion Capitale will also handle project management, systems integration and interface management.
