According to the control centre, a 38-year-old man lost his life near the Felsenb\u00fchne open-air theatre in Rathen when a falling tree struck him.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Ten other people were injured, according to the centre, and 40 people were evacuated. The search will continue on Saturday, the spokesman said.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The Amselgrund \u2013 a scenic valley popular with hikers \u2013 and Lake Amsel remain closed.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cThe situation on the ground is very unclear,\u201d said a police spokesman. The darkness was hampering the work of the emergency services. A clear picture of the situation would probably only emerge once it was light again, said the police spokesman.
