The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently approved several dicamba herbicides for use with genetically modified crops resistant to the chemical, creating another growth opportunity for Bayer&#8217;s seed portfolio. At the same time, the stock has already rallied about 19% since a June U.S. Supreme Court ruling narrowed the company&#8217;s exposure to certain Roundup lawsuits. That said, the legal story is far from over. Bayer continues to face thousands of lawsuits alleging Roundup causes cancer, claims the company continues to dispute, meaning litigation remains one of the biggest variables investors cannot ignore.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\" style=\"text-decoration: none; font-style: normal; text-transform: none; text-align: inherit; font-variant-numeric: normal;\">Management also strengthened its balance-sheet outlook by cutting its projected year-end net debt to 29 billion-30 billion from 32 billion-33 billion previously.
