Lufthansa is currently facing a local and temporary shortage of jet fuel with its suppliers at Windhoek Airport in Namibia, the airline said on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Flight departure times are not currently affected, it said, adding that a fuel stopover at other locations would be required in some cases for flights to Europe.<\/p>\n

Its fuel procurement team and ground staff are currently exploring all possibilities to reestablish normal supply, Lufthansa said.<\/p>\n
