We\u2019ve come across a new 2027 Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 spy video in which the performance sedan has been captured up close in traffic. And it isn\u2019t alone. It has a trailer attached to its back end.<\/p>\n

The prototype spotted has a matte black exterior finish and is wearing camouflage at the front and back. But there are a few elements that can be seen. For instance, the rear end has large LED taillamps with the 3-pointed star-shaped treatment on the inside. We also have a boot lid-mounted rear spoiler, a sporty bumper and quad exhaust outlets.<\/p>\n

The 2-door sedan is running on some really cool-looking multi-spoke black alloys that complement the matte black paint. Apart from that, there is a prominent side skirt. As for the front end, based on the earlier spy shots, expect the car to feature a big grille with vertical slats and the three-pointed star in the middle, tweaked bumper design, perhaps to integrate more aerodynamic contours.<\/p>\n

The 2027 Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 is likely to be powered by the brand\u2019s new flat-plane crank V8<\/a> engine. Currently doing duties in the latest S-Class, this 4.0L unit makes 530 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. It would be tuned differently to handle the responsibilities on the new CLE 63.<\/p>\n

As per the Instagram video, this test mule has been spotted in the US. But why it is carrying a trailer with it remains unknown.<\/p>\n
