His career spans roles at Volkswagen, Maruti Suzuki, Audi, General Motors, Tata Motors and Ola, with experience across network and business development, sales and aftersales, P&amp;L management, business transformation and retail operations.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Volkswagen India, Goel was the co-founder and CEO of automotive aftermarket startup Autofaktory between July 2022 and August 2026.
