Alongside a trailer <a href=\"https:\/\/lordsofgaming.net\/2026\/08\/mega-blasting-witching-and-more-gamescom-opening-night-live-highlights\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">at Opening Night Live <\/a>spotlighting new characters for the game\u2019s multiplayer modes, a new trailer was released. <\/p>\n<p>To celebrate Gamescom, the trailer focused on a new city for some crazzzzzy racing in: Germany! <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/germany\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Crazy-Taxi-World-Tour-Germany-1-1024x576.png\" alt=\"The Germany location in 'Crazy Taxi: World Tour', passing by one of the major landmarks.\" class=\"wp-image-72992\"\/>Source: SEGA, Press Kit<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to Germany Trailer <\/p>\n<p>Revealed during the <a href=\"https:\/\/news.xbox.com\/en-us\/2026\/07\/28\/xbox-gamescom-2026\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Xbox Gamescom Live Stream<\/a>, SEGA showed off Germany that drivers can race around in. Here\u2019s what SEGA said in a press release about the exciting new reveal.<\/p>\n<p>The trailer takes viewers on a journey across Germany, a land of enchantment. When racing through its diverse landscapes, players can say \u201cguten tag\u201d to the country\u2019s historic villages, modern art, delicious sausages, fantasy castles, magical holiday markets, and\u2014uhh\u2014pointier castles. The city\u2019s various terrains will have players drifting around winding streets and tearing across fields as they take on extreme missions and challenges. Players may also recognize a few notable in-game storefronts in the Germany map including PUMA and ZWILLING. These retailers join the growing roster of recognizable real-life stores featured in Crazy Taxi: World Tour in keeping with the spirit of previous games.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It sounds like a thrilling area to race around in, but what if you want to get in on the wild racing now? <\/p>\n<p>Multiplayer Mayhem \u2013 Closed Network Test Details <\/p>\n<p>SEGA has a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sega.com\/crazy-taxi\/crazy-taxi-world-tour?tab=closed-network-test\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Closed Network Test planned for PlayStation 5, Series X\/S, and PC via Steam<\/a>. While we wait to join the wild racing, one of these playable racers partakes in another exciting race ahead of his great world tour in 2027. <\/p>\n<p>Racing Into the CrossWorlds \u2013 Sonic Racing X Crazy Taxi <\/p>\n<p>Now available in Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, Axel from Crazy Taxi: World Tour joins the roster! Coming with his iconic cabby, this crazy driver brings the Crazy Taxi series back to Sonic Racing. The last time we saw drivers from this franchise was when BD Joe tore up the track in both SEGA &amp; Sonic All-Stars Racing and Sonic &amp; SEGA All-Stars Racing. <\/p>\n<p>As of this writing, an Axel Festival is underway, allowing racers to earn Crazy Taxi-themed cosmetics.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"SEGA\u2019s upcoming Crazy Taxi: World Tour had a huge presence at Gamescom 2026.
