Wishaw Golf Club is an acclaimed parkland course designed by the legendary golf course architect and former Open champion James Braid.

The course has many mature tree-lined fairways and well-placed bunkers to provide a true test for golfers of all levels.

The medal courses are Par 69 (slope rating 124) for gents and Par 72 (slope rating 126) for ladies.

Although a long-established golf club, est. 1897, the club prides itself on being progressive with respect to course development and gents, ladies and junior/youth’s membership facilities.

The junior/youth section is particularly thriving and supported with a series of coaching sessions. The club has a resident club PGA professional, indoor simulator, restaurant and bar and prides itself on hosting open tournaments e.g. Condie & Gents Seniors Opens, Irma Douglas Ladies Open, The Burgh Cup Junior Open, annual Pro-Am and a variety of social events.

Wishaw GC is within the Scottish Golf governing body and the Lanarkshire Golf Association which utilises the course for many of their prestigious tournaments.

New members are always welcome at the club with a season 2026-27 full gents & ladies membership costing £885 inclusive SGU, LGA, Social fees and with junior/youth membership costs varying dependent on age. Mid-week membership is also available.

Members enjoy access to the popular bar with member discount and excellent catering.

Although a member-owned club, the club welcomes visitors and societies and offers a range of golfing and dining packages to suit every budget. Visitor green fees for season 2026-27 are £40 Monday to Friday and £45 Saturday (after 2pm)/Sunday (any time).

Buggies can be pre-booked at a cost of £25 per round. Society packages can be found on the website or by calling the Club Professional on 01698 357480.
