New & Notable for 2026

Return

Three Centuries of U.S. Open History

Shinnecock Hills is the only club to have hosted the U.S. Open across three different centuries — 1896, 1986, 1995, 2004, 2018, and now 2026 — a truly singular distinction in the sport’s history.
