Prosecutors want to subpoena Tiger Woods’ medical records to access information on treatment received after his March 27 arrest for driving under the influence.
Marty County State’s Attorney’s Office has declared its intention to review details regarding the golf legend’s medical visits and tests conducted on him at the Cleveland Clinic Martin South Hospital.
They are seeking access to “any and all reports documenting statements of [Woods’] regarding alcohol or chemical substance use,” during his visit to the Cleveland Clinic, including results from his drug screening on the day he was involved in a rollover accident and even the person who administered the tests.
The subpoena will be issued on the last day of June, and Woods’ defense lawyers have 10 days to register any objections.
So far, no objections have come from Woods’ team.
Tiger Woods was arrested in late March after the SUV he was driving flipped and rolled over as he attempted to drive past a pressure cleaning truck close to his home on Jupiter Island.

Tiger Woods was charged with a DUI and property damage after a two-car collision last March.
While Woods was able to crawl out of the passenger side of the vehicle seemingly uninjured, Martin County police reported that he appeared lethargic, showing signs that he was under the influence of “some type of medication or drug.”
The billionaire golfer blew a triple zero on the breathalyzer test but would not submit to a urine test. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Woods’ history of road mishaps dates back to 2009, when he crashed his car into a tree near his home.
Nearly a decade later, he was arrested on DUI charges after he was found asleep behind the wheel. His 2021 accident almost cost him his right leg.
Following his arrest, Tiger Woods checked into a rehabilitation facility in Zurich, Switzerland and is now back home.
