The 2026 Travelers Championship field continues to get more stacked, as you’d expect from a PGA Tour Signature Event.
Two more of the world’s top golfers have committed to the event, as Justin Thomas and Rickie Fowler were announced on Tuesday.
Thomas, the current No. 15 ranked player in the world, finished tied for ninth at the Travelers last year. He’s a 16-time winner on the PGA Tour and two-time major champion, having won the 2017 and ’22 PGA Championships.
Fowler, currently No. 63, is a fan favorite on tour with six career wins. He’s made six cuts in eight starts this year and finished tied for ninth at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
“Our relationship with Justin and Rickie goes back a long way – we’ve known them since their college days and were proud to give them exemptions so they could gain valuable PGA Tour experience as young amateurs,” said Travelers Executive Vice President Andy Bessette.
“That early support has blossomed into lasting friendships, and they’ve been tremendous supporters of our tournament ever since. Both are exceptional competitors and fan favorites who further build on our field. I’m looking forward to welcoming Justin, Rickie, and their families back to the Travelers Championship.”
Players already committed to the tournament, June 25-28 in Cromwell, include No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, No. 4 Justin Rose and No. 5 Tommy Fleetwood. Also, No. 9 Xander Schauffele, No. 11 Chris Gotterup and two time champion Keegan Bradley (No. 26).
