Heartland twins enjoying greatness on the golf course

  • July 9, 2026

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) -A pair of Heartland twin brothers will play at Cape Central next season as they put together an outstanding junior career.

14-year old twins Judge and Brayker Farzan have been swinging a golf club as long as they can remember.

“I started at two with plastic clubs and at 3 got my first set of metal clubs,” Brayker Farzan said.

“Started real young with plastic clubs in the backyard and at 3 got metal clubs and that’s where it took off from,” said Judge Farzan.

And it wasn’t long before a backyard passion turned into an all-out assault on the golf course.

“When I was eight, I started playing in Tulsa, Oklahoma; I won the U.S. Kids local tour there,” Bryker Farzan said.

“In Little Rock, I won a good amount of tournaments, 20 plus, Tulsa, probably 15 plus, St. Louis, 10 plus and Memphis 10 plus, I won a lot of tournaments in the Midwest and Southeast,” Judge Farzan said.

Brayker swings from the right side and Judge from the left. They play with a style of cool confidence well beyond their years. Next year, they’ll play for coach Bryan Johnson at Cape Central.

“I knew them since they were about that tall and longer hair back in the day; they’re hard, hard workers, probably two of the hardest working golfers I’ve been around in my 40-plus years of being around the game,” Johnson said.

The Farzan twins have been so good; many times their best competition comes from one another.

“We always try to push the competition; got to have some heat in the household, got to push each other,” Brayker Farzan said.

And although they still have a ways to go, Brayker and Judge are already eyeing some impressive goals.

“Hopefully go D1, would be awesome,” Brayker Farzan said.

“Maybe if we get good enough, go pro, it will be in the cards for sure,” Judge Farzan said.

“I think they can go as far as they want to, truthfully, college golf bare minimum, and maybe beyond that,” Johnson said.
