Plans for a £222,000 golf simulator leisure venue in Inverness look set to take a big step when their licence goes before Highland Council next week.
Ness Golf Simulators, which will be located in units 5D and 5E in Leys Square, Milton of Leys, secured planning permission earlier this year.
And following approval of that fit-out work, the business’ premises licence will be voted on by the licensing committee on Tuesday, August 4.
If approved, the new leisure venue, which will boast four simulator bays and two interactive darts lanes, could open from 11am to 10pm seven days a week. The venue will also have a bar/reception area a, public seating and table space for up to 30 people, and toilet facilities.
No objections to the premises licence or its details have been received.
Ness Golf Simulators is one of several businesses moving into the newly-built additional units at Leys Square.
In recent months, other businesses eyeing up spots in the units have included the £112,000 development of a laser clinic in 5B, and a new outlet for the award-winning bakery The 3 Little Bakers in 5A.
