There’s just one round remaining in the Motor City.
Davis Riley is the leader by one shot entering the final round of the 2026 Rocket Classic at Detroit Golf Club, where a slew of contenders are still in the mix, including big names like Cameron Young, Rickie Fowler, Rasmus Hojgaard, Xander Schauffele and Si Woo Kim, all of whom are hoping to secure a PGA Tour victory and the $1.8 million check that comes with it.

Ventura still shining in fifth straight week
Kris Ventura opens the day just four shots off the lead, but whatever happens on Sunday, he’ll be eager to head home as soon as the final round is done. Ventura has played five straight weeks. Ventura has two top-15 finishes in the last four weeks and he’s hoping to add another in Detroit.
“I feel good. Obviously, my body’s a little tired, but more than anything I just miss my family. Daughter at home and she’s 7 months and then my wife, so it’s definitely not easy being away from them for so many weeks in a row.”

Tee times for the final round have been adjusted due to thunderstorms expected overnight and into the early morning hours of Sunday, but those should clear out by the time the first group tees off at 10:45 a.m. ET. Otherwise, the forecast calls for cloudy conditions with a high temperature in the low 70s and a north wind at 10 mph, gusting up to 25 mph.
