Vancouver Canucks players, coaches, management and alumni will converge on Surrey’s Northview course during another Jake Milford Charity Invitational Golf Tournament on Monday, Sept. 14.
For a 42nd year “The Jake” will be a season-kickoff event for the NHL club prior to training camp, in Penticton from Sept. 17-20.
Last year the charity tournament raised more than $676,000 for Canucks for Kids Fund and Vancouver Canucks Alumni Foundation.
To enter a golf team of three participants hosted by “a Canuck celebrity” (defined as current roster player, coach, alumni, hockey operations executive), the fee is $9,350 for a round of golf with shared cart, “high end” tee gift valued at around $400 retail, prizing opportunities, on-course activations including all food and beverages, post-round reception and other perks. This and other ticket options are detailed on canucksjakemilford2026.com, where “early bird” pricing ended July 31.
Since 1984, the tournament has been “a conduit for us to celebrate the strong bonds that tie together our past, present and future,” the website says. “This full Vancouver Canucks team charitable golf tournament kicks off each hockey season with the full roster of Canucks players, coaches, management and alumni teeing off alongside guests at the beautiful Northview Golf & Country Club.”
In other Canucks news, the 2026 Prospects Showcase will take place at Rogers Forum in Abbotsford on Sept. 12-13 when the Canucks host Seattle Kraken prospects for a pair games.
